Macon County Schools has used some of their STEM-E funds to purchase Grow Towers for their STEM-E clubs! South Macon, Nantahala and Highlands will start growing greens in the classroom! Thank you to STEM-E, the Cherokee Preservation Foundation and Beth Lequire who started a Go Fund Me Page to raise additional funds from the community!

We had professional development with 10 teachers who are also interested in doing this project!
