The SteAm Gals are designing glass jewelry. The pieces are then fused in a microwave glass kiln. Students are learning about the properties of glass and the challenges of working with it at high temperatures.The glass studio at the Jackson County Green Energy Park was very educational. Our trip to see the Chihuly Exhibit was inspiring.

The fused glass jewelry will be sold at the town's annual Spring Fling. at the end of April. Students will also be learning about marketing and promotion of their products.
